Pierce actually started participating in men’s volleyball in 1947 . Then in 1975, a year without a team, athletic director Ed Bravo started the program again under the leadership of Ken “Big Daddy” Stanley, who then coached and mentored the program for 25 years .
Ken Stanley set the foundation for the Brahmas where the legacy continues now.  With 8  State Championships, the men’s volleyball team continues to maintain a high level of excellence. Pierce volleyball has had a high percentage of its athletes go on to experience success at universities and in the volleyball world.

The past 4 years we have had 100% transfer rate for all Sophomores. With over $1,000,000 in transfer scholarships in the past 6 years.
